Characteristic place with a beautiful water mill outside, in the center of Pancalieri. Inside, vaulted roof with rough bricks, comfortable environment. Kind and helpful owner, staffattentive dining room. Tested place for lunch, with excellent quality/price ratio..wide choice of wines..for enthusiasts, wide choice of high-level champagnes..I recommend this place, we will return

Remarkable experience. The owner taught us many things about wines and gave excellent advice. We drank high-end Barbera and Nebbiolo. The dishes are typical Piedmontese, very good and very well presented.

It was the first time I went to this restaurant and I must say I will come back.Let's start with the location ... from its name the restaurant is in the old mill. The owner the top ... welcomes you with a smile he keeps all evening.Well presented and excellent food for all tastes.Wines .. well ... from the video you can make you aIdea ... Small but super equipped cellar! The desserts ... I expected something different ... for my tastes they are very elaborate ...In the country of mint there is the mint dessert ... at least 3 others that I remember had cinnamon or ginger things that I personally don't love ...However, I took the nougat affogato so I also found something, let's be clear but if I really have to find a flaw... here are the desserts... but according to my taste eh... maybe others like them. The cost ... pay the location in addition to good food. We took an appetizer each, 3 first courses and 1 second course, 4 desserts, water, a bottle of Nebbiolo and two glasses of bubbles offered by the owner. However, it was a pleasant evening where we also made friends with the table next to us.

What a magnificent discovery!!! Looking for a new place to try, we came across this beautiful restaurant, which aesthetically impresses. The beauty doesn't just stop on the outside but the interiors are also impressive and the outdoor tables of the restaurant are positioned on a very pretty terrace, overlooking a stream. We really appreciated the menu with 4 choices for each course because it gave us the idea of freshness in the product offering. I assume the menu is changed cyclically based on the availability of fresh and seasonal products. All very good, the dishes offered, apart from some great classics of Piedmontese cuisine, were a little different from the proposal that can usually be found in restaurants in this area and this too was greatly appreciated by us.The pepper croissant with anchovy cream was the dish that most impressed us, a real gem. The strozzapreti with mushrooms and sausage and the agnolotti with salted butter are also delicious. The dessert offer was also very varied, it did not offer classic desserts and these did not disappoint our expectations either. The fig tart with cream ice cream was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and the owner very welcoming. We will definitely be back.Excellent quality/price ratio.
